Enjoy the Breeze of, "North Italia"

First, my eyes looked at the open kitchen and felt right at home. The aura of, North Italia is one that you will never forget whether you are within company or just enjoying the cuisine yourself. My friend and I enjoyed our meals, conversation, and our overall evening outside. Everything was perfect and in place. The service amazing, the weather with breeze and moderate heat, the food absolutely TO DIE FOR!! 10/10 so excited to go back and enjoy all of what they have to offer. We shared their white truffle garlic bread as our app and MANN was that an OPENER! Really was amazed at such flavor balance; everything perfect. I enjoyed a glazed short rib cavatelli for my entrée. The natural pepper in the arugula to the flavor in the herb breadcrumbs and how it all tied together with the creaminess of the sauce. That dish was definitely chef's kiss in all aspects. If you are on S Tryon make sure to give North Italia a try! They WILL take care of you!
