Birria Pizza. $2 taco Tuesday QUESOBIRRIA tacos at that! This food truck in Charlotte, North Carolina kept popping on our Instagram feed and once I saw birria ramen I lost it. At a crossroads between catching their $2 taco Tuesdays or just when they were close to my house. Apparently, that didn't matter because I kept missing when both would happen. LOL. On a rainy Saturday I decided enough was enough and drove to W Tremont which was the location of the day and was able to order their queso birria tacos. I am not ashamed, as soon as I got back to my car those tacos were my next priority. The way that consommé engulfed my palate and enhanced the flavor of the TACO! How easy it was to squeeze my lime to absolute perfection on these beautiful tacos. Wow, sad when I was finished; you know the food is good when you stay still and have a moment of silence.
